Recording in the USA

June 19, 2015

Harmen recently spent two weeks in the U.S.A., premiering and recording the Wind-version of Nigel Clarke’s Cornet Concerto ‘Mysteries of the Horizon’, which was commissioned by Harmen for his first Solo-CD “Fortune’s Fool”. The concerto had been re-written for the wind orchestra of the prestigious University of St Thomas in Minnesota (under the baton of Matthew J George) and was the object of a CD-recording following the premiere. Harmen also provided Masterclasses at Saint Thomas before heading over to New York to display his musical competency at the Besson NYC Showroom.
